Meg has been working and studying within the fitness industry since 2009. During that time, she has seen many people change their lives through health and fitness. From helping clients lose 35kg, to prepping people through their first half and full marathons, to finding enjoyment in the small wins exercise brings.
Meg is a firm believer in the amazing things exercise can bring to everyone’s lives. While leading a balanced lifestyle herself, she is always excited to work with new people and to impart her wisdom to her clients and help them get the most out of life.
