I grew up in Hokitika but after completing my Science degree, I worked in pathology in Brisbane where I lived for 12 years.
I have always been very active; I love group fitness, resistance training and running. I enjoy playing sports and currently play Saturday Netball.
When I moved back to NZ I decided to start a new career as a Personal trainer and group fitness instructor as I’ve always wanted to.
I enjoy helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and seeing how they can improve on their technique for maximal benefits with less injury.
I am passionate about group fitness training because of the friendships created, it’s like a team environment where you are encouraged and challenged by others around you, I love the competitive aspect as well which helps you to push yourself more than you would on your own.
