Jill is one of the regions most experienced exercise professionals. She has been working with women and their fitness since the 1980’s so is old enough to remember the leg warmers and leotards worn back then! She embraces a range of exercise modalities including group classes; instructing the Fem Fed strength, BAT/step and gentle balance classes, but is also available for personal training sessions with any of our Fem Fed members.
She is the most amazing advocate for women's health and fitness . Being a Grandmother herself, she knows what it's like to go through life while keeping herself fit and active. She has fantastic knowledge around not only fitness, but also nutrition, and can assist you to get your health and wellbeing on track.
