Harriet has always had a passion for health and fitness. Since qualifying Harriet has had an interest in female's health and instilling confidence in her clients through exercise and movement.
Harriet hopes to motivate clients to enjoy their fitness journey whether they are just beginning, or have been on their journey for a while. She wants exercise to feel achievable for everyone and believes a little bit of consistent movement can add up to big changes. Harriet wants her clients to gain strength, mobility, confidence and love their fitness experience.
