Anna has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years both in NZ and Australia, in a number of roles from Gym Manager through to Personal Trainer. She lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and two children (4 and 2 years), and you may have seen her face in the group fitness classes at Fem Fed. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree (psychology major), a Post Graduate Diploma in health sciences (nutrition and weight-loss management), and is a qualified yoga instructor (350 hours) and personal trainer.
The biggest satisfaction Anna gains from working with clients is not the 'results' (eg. weight loss), but rather the life changes the results become a catalyst for (such as having the confidence and energy to tackle a bigger life goal). These flow on effects are the reason why Anna loves helping people to become happier, healthier versions of themselves.
