We Have a Range of Group Fitness Classes


 

BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES. 

We have amazing trainers who can tailor each workout to each individual in the class - therefore, all classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner to group fitness, or you've been with us for years, you can be certain that our instructors will design the sessions around your individual needs.

Our qualified instructors make every class a personal experience, so you really feel like a part of the community. We have a spacious and private group fitness room which can hold 20+ ladies per class. A nice peaceful space for our Yoga and Pilates classes, transformed into a functional training area with battle ropes and a weight sled for the higher intensity workouts.

Strength

One of the favourites! This is a low impact class designed to give women of every age what they need most - strong lean muscles.


Boxfit

Designed to give you a combination of strength and cardio conditioning all in one class. This class incorporates boxing and functional strength exercises.


Yoga

Here at Female Federation we practice a range of different styles, from Hatha through to Yin. Please ask our friendly staff which class will be best for your individual needs, or check our timetable online and each yoga class has a unique description. 


Pilates

Enjoy the movements that emphasize the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, functional movement.


Spin

Suitable for all fitness levels, you’re in control! Designed to increase your fitness levels like no other session.


Zumba

Taking the work out of working out by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party, Zumba will have you sweating while having fun!


Balance

A class designed to give the older exerciser simple functional exercises to help strengthen and lengthen those muscles while preventing the risk of falls in every day life. 


Circuit

If you’re looking for weight loss, muscle tone or just a challenge for your overall fitness, CIRCUIT is the way to go, combining functional strength and cardiovascular exercises to give you the ultimate workout.


BAT Strength

BUM ABS THIGHS. Looking for shape? Tone your waistline and shape those buttocks with BAT strength, designed to give every women a unique workout that will leave you looking and feeling like a million bucks!

 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training - whoever said 30 minutes in the gym isn't enough hasn't tried this class! This express class with Maria will have your heart racing, and your results flying in no time.
